Note: It is recommended that all parts be installed by a qualified and trained gunsmith. Modification to your firearm may void your factory warranty.
SigSauerParts.com does not verify or guarantee fitment of any firearms parts or accessories. If you are unsure if a part fits your Sig contact us via email support (email@example.com) and we will assist you.
All inventory is stocked in our warehouse. None of our inventory is ever drop shipped.
We ship all orders via USPS. Every order is insured in the event your shipment is lost or damaged. Orders over $500 will require a signature. We ship Monday - Friday, orders placed over the weekend or holidays will be processed the next business day.
We only ship to the United States. Note that some products cannot be shipped to areas with restrictions.See restrictions at bottom of this page.
Once we have handed over the package to the carrier we have no control. Please direct all tracking questions to the carrier. If your package is lost during transit or arrives damaged please contact us at info@SigSauerParts.com. Please note, once the items shows delivered our insurance no longer covers the item unless it arrives damaged.
Order Processing Time
Most orders of in stock item(s) are shipped within 24-48 hours Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or holiday will be processed the next business day.
Processing time for a firearms can take longer depending on when your FFL sends us their license. If your FFL is listed as a preferred dealer in our locater then we have their FFL on file and processing time can take between 24-48 hours Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
You may return most new / unopened / unused / items within 30 days of the order date. We do not accept returns on any small parts or parts kits. All returned items must be brand new and still sealed in their original package. There is a 10% restocking fee that will apply to all returns, there is no restocking fee for new / unopened / unused items returned for store credit. The original shipping fee is non refundable.
Defective items will be replaced at no cost to the buyer or refunded if the item is not available.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). We suggest you ship the item via a tracked carrier to confirm it arrives, we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Items that have been installed or opened from their original packaging are not eligible for return. If an item is returned in any other condition than new / sealed / unopened / unused a return will not be processed.
If you need to return an item, please use your "My Orders" page in your account to start a return. Please include a description of the issue or reason for return to help us understand the reason for return. Be sure to select the method of refund you desire when submitting your request.
Please inspect the box for all items before discarding packing materials. If your order is missing an item, you must notify us with 3 days of delivery.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Returns must be received within 30 days of return request date. Returned items not received within 30 days will be canceled and ineligible for return.
Canceling & Modifying Orders
Due to our automated systems and operational tempo, we are not able to cancel, manually combine or modify orders once submitted.

Firearm Order Cancelations
Firearms orders can be canceled for a full refund up to 72 hours after purchase. Orders canceled after 72 hours will incur a 10% cancelation fee.
AFTER you take possession of the firearm you CANNOT return it unless there is a mechanical or manufacturing defect. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME. Due to changing legislation or items with limited availability prices can change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including errors in product or pricing information.
If you order an item that includes magazines that are not legal in your state they will be removed prior to shipment. We can not substitute or price adjust due to magazine restrictions in your state.
Most magazines will ship without their retail box packaging. If you require a retail packaged magazine please email us before you order at info@SigSauerParts.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Handgun Shipping Requirement
All handguns are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, Fully Insured and Signature Required by your FFL.
Long Gun Shipping Requirements
Long guns can ship via Ground or Air.
Purchase Requirements & Restrictions
We, SigSauerParts.com (Gillio Firearms Group LLC) sell firearms, magazines & accessories only in accordance with Federal, State, and Local firearm laws.
In order to Purchase Firearms Online:
You must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to purchase hand guns. Check your local & state laws. You must complete the following steps listed below before we can process your order.
- Verify that the product you wish to purchase from SigSauerParts.com meets your state, county, or city.
- Once you have completed your firearm purchase online. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail with your order number.
- If you do not receive an email order status update within two business days after placing your order, please contact us via email at email@example.com
- Find a FFL holder near you that will accept the transfer of the firearm for you. This can be your local Gun Shop, Pawn Shop, Gun Range or any other location that holds a current FFL and will help you with your transaction. Contact your FFL and tell them you would like to transfer a firearm from SigSauerParts.com This transaction is solely between you and the FFL holder.Once your FFL holder receives your firearm; you will need to pick it up.

- Write your name and order number on any correspondence you send us.
- Once you have chosen an FFL holder, have them e-mail a file copy of their FFL to FFL@SigSauerParts.com
***Important: **** Upon arrival at your FFL holder inspect your firearm to make certain that everything is acceptable before filling out the necessary paperwork. Once the transfer of the firearm is complete, the manufacturer's warranty is then in effect and from that point on any complications with the firearm will need to be handled by the manufacturer.
